INVITATION TO BID TOWN OF BYRON, FOND DU LAC COUNTY
The Town of Byron is accepting blacktopping sealed bids for the following:
1)West Byron Road (State Road 175 – Hickory Road) 1.5 miles
    a) Pulverize
    b )Shape base/compact
    c) 3” Asphaltic pavement total in 2 lays (20ft. wide)
        •1.75” binder base
        •1.25” surface

2) River Road (County Road B-Kenyon Road) .5 miles
   a) Pulverize
   b )Shape base/compact
   c) 3” Asphaltic pavement total in 2 lays (20 ft. wide)
      •1.75” binder base
      •1.25” surface
Bids will be accepted until 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at the Town of Byron Town Hall.
